七‧一，屬於香港人的日子，人們再不發聲就沒有機會了！回歸十四年，香港仍未有普選，你付出了幾多血汗？
現在，為自己著想，為你另一半著想，為你下一代著想，一起重奪政府操控的未來，掌握自己手中！
今年，警方向民陣(遊行主辦單位)發出不反對通知書中，因避免減慢遊行隊伍速度，參與者不能帶樂器上街，荒謬！
不如宣告警察不會再用儀仗隊奏樂賀國慶，因這也好很影響城市運作，兼夾浪費公帑！
我們在rat’s cave門外搞音樂會，影響到的是鄰居，要投訴的人也是鄰居，警方只是協調角色。在街上玩音樂毋須警方干涉，街道是屬於人民的，只要在約好的時間內完成遊行就可，隊伍節奏快慢應由負責單位和參與的市民話事！
玩音樂去遊行，全世界如是，為何香港就要禁止？警方話擔心減慢遊行隊伍速度，要催促參與者走快兩步。七．一遊行咁多人，擠迫起來難保會互相推撞，若發生意外，最後會演變成什麼，報紙又寫上什麼？那是警方不負責任想早收工，抑或要參與者有生命危險？
香港沒有藝術了！香港沒有音樂了！沒有歌聲沒有節奏的七．一，遊行怎樣開始？香港哪有可能靠默默地一步步行走就有民主呢？
上街只是第一步，第二步是留守，要求見特首，我們會討論屬於自己城市的制度，我們要為消滅此地的不公義表達訴求！

‘Uprising’ by Start from Zero
Above Second is please to present ‘Uprising’ a solo exhibition by Start from Zero (SFZ). This new body of work captures the uncertainty surrounding the future of artist communities in the industrial areas of Hong Kong. ‘Uprising’ will include mixed-media, and sculptures that combine materials including wood, metal sign, vinyl, cements, transforming Above Second to a space reminiscent of the industrial spaces in *Ngau Tau Kok.

HON9 KON9 ART(UN)FAIR
Art exhibition is often a space for people to come in and appreciate or study art through the introduction on the wall or in the guide, or the art piece itself. However this time, all the artists from different aspects come in the same room with their pieces, and will be given a chance to exchange ideas directly with their audience. We want to show the different perspectives of the artists, from the way they create, their stream of consciousness, and even the media they use for their art piece. During the process, the audience will be able to be the subject of inspiration for the artists, they might be able to take away some of their favourite art piece as well.
We named this exhibition ART(UN)FAIR because we do not want it to be another art fair with people buying and selling art, we want to support the artists by exchanging their art piece with “things” brought by the audience. There will not be any virtual numbers in between us, meaning we will not be using money as the means of exchange. If you like any of the creations or art piece, or simply support Art, we would like you to bring some “things”, or anything, as the means of exchange.

LIGHT UP - CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF AMNESTY
Amnesty international is a global movement of supporters, members & activists who campaign for human rights.This year is Amnesty’s 50th anniversary. Amnesty have collaborated with HK Honey to create a unique project and exhibition that involves 50 local artists.Each artist has created a natural beeswax candle to reflect issues relating to human rights, injustice and dignity.
All 50 candles will be exhibited at Rat’s Cave and Haji Gallery.
Opening night Friday 27th May - 7pm until late

About Rat’s Cave
Rat’s Cave is the first street wear + mini gallery concept store opened by the Hong Kong street art crew Start From Zero. Just like the name of the store, Rat’s Cave is a secret place for street artists - the hidden members in the society. All fashion and art lovers are welcomed to explore the street life inside the Rat’s Cave.
SFZ designs all the interior of the store. The handmade woodcrafts and stencils are used as key decorations. Except the street wear label “Start From Zero”, the store also holds various labels including the famous local art crew “Graphicairlines”, world exclusive Californian hot rods label “Loser Machine”, and the American tattoo and rockabilly label “Lucky 13”.
